Se trata de la reforma y ampliación de una vivienda actual, en la que la
planta primera será destinada a dormitorios. La planta baja tendrá los
usos de sálón y cocina- comedor y un espacio para lavandería y cuarto de
servicio (plancha, etc..). En planta alta se sitúan el resto de dormitorios
que configuran la vivienda.
La vivienda busca siempre abrirse hacia el espacio de arbolado exterior, y
resolver el problema de accesibilidad dado las numerosos espacios a
diferentes cotas que tiene la vivienda existente.

It is the reform and extension of a current house, in which the first floor floor will be destined for bedrooms. The ground floor will have salone and kitchen-dining area and a laundry space and service room (iron, etc.). Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms that make up the house.
The house always seeks to open up to the outdoor wooded space, and resolver the problem of accessibility given the numerous spaces at different heights that the existing house has.
