Se trata de una vivienda de una sola planta que se adapta a la forma y dimensiones de la parcela, resultando un volumen destinado al uso de vivienda unifamiliar. La parcela se sitúa en el ensanche localizado al final de una calle sin salida y dispone de una fachada directa al citado ensanche a cota con el acerado. La topografía del solar va cambiando en dirección norte-sur, acentuándose al fondo de la parcela en dirección hacia el campo de golf donde nos encontramos ante un desnivel muy pronunciado.
